Gregg Ketter -
If the quality of one’s life is in direct proportion to his commitment to excellence, regardless
of his chosen field of endeavor, then Gregg Ketter is a walking, talking example of what is
possible when one lives his commitment to achieving excellence.
Never one to be content waiting for the opportunity to excel, Gregg Ketter arrived in Los
Angeles in 1987 with little more than a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Journalism from
the Virginia Commonwealth University. The Philadelphia native was determined to do the
seemingly impossible: become a broadcast professional in the second-largest U.S. market,
despite lacking actual broadcast experience. Ketter quickly settled in and continued his
studies, concentrating on meteorology, while working for a national consumer electronics
retailer.
Ketter consistently ranked in the top 10 in sales throughout his first three years with the
electronics sales firm, which earned him a promotion to National Corporate Trainer. During
his nearly 10 years as the retailer’s corporate trainer, he helped open more than 25 retail
consumer electronic stores in untapped markets across Central and Western U.S. He also
launched numerous sales training tours for the company, sharing his real-world techniques to
motivate thousands of the company’s employees across the U.S.
But Ketter never lost sight of his dream -- it just took on more significance. To prove the
validity of his training techniques, he began employing the same principles for success
that he was teaching to become a broadcast professional. The result? Ketter is a veteran
broadcaster, having served as the weather anchor for KTTV-Fox 11 News in Los Angeles for
more than nine years. He loves giving good news, which made announcing the weather in Los
Angeles, a natural.
It also is part of what makes his seminars and workshops for veteran professionals and
newcomers alike so motivating and effective. He thrives on teaching others how to turn
their “cannots” into “can-dos.” He considers their successes as part of his own.
Ketter has successfully completed hundreds of consulting and training assignments for
companies large and small around the world. His clients include IBM, the Hilton Hotels,
Warner Bros., McDonald’s Corp., University of California – Los Angeles (UCLA), Las Vegas
(McCarran) International Airport, and Booz Allen Hamilton.
Beginning in 2001, he expanded his reach to the international business community, delivering
customer service, sales and brand image training throughout major resorts in the British
West Indies, the Caribbean and Virgin Islands. In 2006, Gregg became a Program Associate,
teaching Business-to-Business concepts at the University of Nevada - Las Vegas (UNLV).
Ketter and his team of motivated professionals are ready to infuse you and your staff with a
renewed passion for personal growth and professional development.

Pam Waid -
I received my LPN nursing license in 1983 and have worked for 20 years in some aspect of the medical field. Over the course of my career I have worked in Orthopedics, private duty nursing, Chiropractics plus co-owned a business and managed a retail business.
Together, we’ve done private financial counseling for couples/individuals for 9 years plus hosted several financial classes. November 2010 we returned to I.C.L.V. and began teaching an 8 week course on finances in Sunday school plus the Kairos School of ministry. For the past year we have been actively involved with Operation Hope in teaching a course every quarter on budgeting to re-entry inmates and this has been our greatest reward. Currently we are facilitating a 13-week course with Financial Peace University (Dave Ramsey) on all aspects of finances.
Besides our love and devotion to Christ-Confidentiality, Integrity, and No Condemnation are the most important aspects of our ministry and we hold them in highest regard; because, “if people don’t feel safe to talk openly then no one benefits.”
Our passion is to see others learn how to handle money and teach them how to become debt free!
